When you are abroad, your cell phone is connected to a mobile network from the visited country, and this is called "roaming". When you make a call in Roaming, the rate is much higher than the one when you are home. You also pay for incoming calls received in roaming. An incoming call in Roaming can cost you more than €1/min., unless you use the MobiLsi card..
2. Why MobiLsi? When you travel in one of the FREE countries: you have free incoming calls if you are called on the UK number. When called on the local number (if you have added a local number),incoming calls cost you €0.12/min. In other countries, the cost of incoming calls is much lower than to the regular operators. For the calls you have, please consult our Rates calculator, to see the savings.... 3. How do I buy? You can buy the MobiLsi card at www.mobilsi.net or from Authorised dealers. 4. Which handset can I use MobiLsi card with? On any GSM phone, which is not locked on any mobile network and accepts any SIM card. If you are not sure whether your mobile is locked or not, try to insert a SIM card from a network other than you usually use; if it works, your phone may also receive the MobiLsi card. If it does not work and you receive the message as: "your card is restricted", "SIM not valid", then you need to unlock the phone. You may call your operator or a service for unlocking it.
5. Can I send and receive SMS messages? Yes, you can send and receive SMS messages only if they are sent to your UK number, starting with 0044. You cannot receive messages sent to the local number.
6. How can I recharge MobiLsi card? Recharging can be done at Authorised dealers or at: www.mobilsi.net .The online recharge may only be paid with a credit card. The recharged value is added to the existing credit and offers you validity for the total credit, according to the recharged value. Attention: the validity period previous to the recharge will not be added to the validity offered by the charged credit. 7. Can I use the MobiLsi card in Romania? Yes, MobiLsi is a Roaming card which gives access also to Romanian networks. With MobiLsi you can choose any available network, and you are covered wherever one of the available operators has coverage, thus you are no longer linked to the coverage of a single operator. Romania is one of the FREE countries, so the incoming call in Romania is €0.00 if you get called on the UK number and €0.12/min if you get called on the local number. Yes, MobiLsi is a Roaming card which gives access also to networks from England; with MobiLsi you can choose any of the available networks and you are covered wherever one of the available operators has coverage, thus you are no longer linked to the coverage of a single operator. England is one of the FREE countries, thus the call received in England costs €0.00 if you get called on the UK number, and €0.12/min if you get called on the local number. For outgoing calls, please see the Rates calculator. 9. How much does it cost me to use MobiLsi card abroad? Please consult the Rates calculator to discover the savings you can make with MobiLsi. 10. Can I keep my local number on the MobiLsi card? The portability is not yet functional on this kind of services. If you want to be called on your local number, you may get a local number from your country to which you may divert all calls and you will receive on the MobiLsi also the calls made to your initial number, and then your local operator will charge you for the diverted calls.
11. When does the MobiLsi card expire? The card expires 6 months after recharging the initial credit; an SMS warning message is sent to you 30 days before expiry. If you recharge, the validity will be expanded according to the recharge value.
12. When do I receive warning messages? And where do I receive them? - 30 days before the card expiry date. - When your credit becomes less than the minimum level of €2 *
* This minimum threshold may be changed by contacting the Customer care. Messages are received by default on the MobiLsi number. If you want these warning SMS to be sent to another number, please contact the Customer care.
13. What number does MobiLsi card have? In the starter pack you have a UK number, starting with 0044. You have the possibility to add a local number from different countries on the MobiLsi SIM, contacting the Customer Care Department.For a local number, there is an activation fee which will be deduced from the available credit at the moment of activation of this option. There is also a monthly fee for the local number added, 6 monthly fees will be deduced at the moment of activation of this option.The local number may be deactivated at any time, the prepaid period is not returned. The reactivation of this number implies a new activation fee. Thus, you have a UK number and a local number on the same sim card. WARNING: The SMS messages can ONLY be received on your England number, starting with 0044.
14. When does the call start to be charged? The charging starts at the moment of connecting to the destination and is done by minute.
15. How much do others pay to call me? If they call on your UK number, it costs a call to UK mobile.If they call you on your local number, it costs a call to a landline number from the country from where you choose the local number.
16. Do I have to take the usual SIM card with me, when I travel? Yes, it is better to have it with you, for safety, but use MobiLsi as a main number to make and receive calls. Thus, you are covered for emergency calls, as well as for possible failure of the networks in certain countries. | | | | | | |
